The Cutting Horse Chatter gives recognized advertising agencies a 15% discount for properly prepared PDF files.

To qualify for the discount, ads must:

• Be the proper size, including bleed, where applicable
• Be 1/6 page or larger
• Be an industry standard PDF/X1A-compliant PDF file
• Arrive by the deadline for that issue
• Be delivered via an acceptable medium (CD or FTP)
• Be submitted with a printed proof.
• Be paid within 30 days
