Preferred Position
Preferred position pages are subject to availability in the Cutting Horse Chatter only, not in Show Programs or other publications. The advertiser must sign a Preferred Position Policy Agreement. Rates are in addition to page costs. Preferred position costs are non-commissionable. The following Preferred Position Rates are per insertion, subject to availability.
